Stephen Michael Bullock

Stephen Michael Bullock, Sr., 72, of Louisville, KY, went to be with Jesus on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Norton Audubon Hospital.  Stephen was a member of Evangel World Prayer Center.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Pauline Bullock; one brother, William Bullock and several uncles and aunts. Stephen is survived by his loving wife of nearly 43 years, Linda Bullock; three sons, Stephen Jr. (Crystal), James, and Robert (Amber); one daughter, Pauline Wheeler (John); one brother, Gordon Jr. (Shirley); one sister, Linda Sue Bullock Morris (Richard); thirteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Stephen was a 1972 graduate of Ahrens Trade High School, a talented jack-of-all-trades, and gifted problem solver. Over the years he worked in the fields of fire protection, apartment maintenance, and delivery/route. He was retired and before illness robbed him of his daily life, still worked two part-time delivery jobs. He was a devoted husband, father, and friend. He enjoyed painting cars and trucks, racing cars, home remodeling, lawn maintenance, model cars, going out to eat, tinkering in his garage, and watching classic television and movies.  He enjoyed classic rock and roll music, as well as Contemporary Christian. He loved worshipping the Lord and attended church faithfully until he was physically unable.  A Memorial service will be held at Evangel World Prayer Center on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.  Memorial gifts in his memory are suggested to the Evangel Prison Ministry, 6900 Billtown Road, Louisville, KY 40299.
