William F. "Bill" Parrott, Jr.

William F. "Bill" Parrott, Jr., 66, of Shepherdsville, passed away November 2, 2025 at the Norton Brownsboro Hospital.  He was a former supervisor for Louisville Metro Government Public Works, and enjoyed his cars and his grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathryn Parrott.  He is survived by his wife, Sue Parrott; his father, William F. "Bill" Parrott Sr.; three daughters, Brittany Brown (Glenn), Amber Weber (Brian), and Shana Logsdon (Ryan); one brother, Steve Parrott; a sister, Julie Thomas (Darrell); six grandchildren, Nataleigh (Jaylen), Riley, Nathan, Nolan, Emmaleigh, and Lynnleigh; one great-granddaughter, Brooklynn, and one great-grandson on the way; along with his best friend, John Stovall.  Funeral services will be held Monday, November 10, 2025 at 7 p.m. at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home, with cremation to follow.  Friends may visit from 4 p.m. until time of service on Monday.  At the family's request, in lieu of flowers and gifts, please make all contributions to the family in care of the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
