Wrenlow Rhode Ainsworth entered the world in a hurry on August 26th, 2023 weighing in at 1.08lbs. She fought incredibly hard, and made her family and hospital staff incredibly proud! After 7 days, she was called back home to Jesus on September 2nd, 2023 while snuggling in her parents’ arms. Wrenlow is the daughter of Ashlie and Luke Ainsworth. Her parents celebrated every minute awaiting her arrival and cherished time singing to her, reading to her, holding her, and giving her milk on Q tips that she happily sucked on while she was here on Earth. In her brief time earth-side, Wrenlow led many closer to God and modeled strength, bravery, and perseverance. In addition to her parents, Wrenlow is survived by her maternal grandparents, Robert and Teresa Gauthier; paternal grandparents, Mandy Ainsworth and Graham Ainsworth; aunts, Madison Gauthier and Zoe Ainsworth; uncles, Max and Mason Gauthier; great-grandfather, Raymond Fretten; great-grandmothers, Marilyn Ainsworth and Carlene DePiro; as well as numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends who loved and prayed for her daily. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Norton Women’s and Children’s NICU in Louisville, KY for the incredible care provided to Wrenlow and the entire family; and a very special thanks to Dr. Rebecca Decker, neonatologist, and her nurses. The family will be hosting a small, private service at St. Francis Xavier parish. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in Wrenlow’s name to The PPROM Foundation which hopes to provide resources and support for those experiencing Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes (PPROM) in pregnancy and beyond (https://www.aapprom.org/donate ).
